Sessions begin with a Check In via Tea and Oracle Cards. We then set the container together by intentionally calling in Spirit Guides to be present. I then will guide you through some relaxation techniques and offer Energetic Care; while sensing your Etheric Field and Chakras. Depending on what I sense, we may explore Breathwork, Shamanic Journeying, Akashic Exploration, Sound Healing, Vocal Alchemy, and/or Gentle Bodywork.
